What is included with our temporary apartment?
We furnish every residence with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. We provide everything from furniture to house wares, linens home electronics housekeeping, utilities, phones and cable service.
Is there a minimum length of Stay?
Our minimum stays are 30 days but many times we are able to accommodate shorter terms

What's included in the cost?
We include everything on one simple customized invoice. You can be billed every month and pay via check/money order or with a credit card. Credit card payments including VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club can be done automatically. We can bill both individuals or can invoice a company directly. Companies with multiple employees staying with us can have their bills consolidated
How do I pay?
Your monthly rent includes furnishings, utilities, cable television, parking and the use of all the amenities the property has to offer.

Many properties we work with do allow pets.

What size apartments do we offer?
We offer wide selections of One, Two and Three bedroom apartments, and featuring full kitchens separate living rooms and bedrooms. The size of our floor plans varies from location, but we always offer among the most spacious apartments the property has to offer.
The average size of our Floorplans:
One bedrooms 750 - 950 sq. ft.
Two bedrooms 1000 - 1300 sq. ft.
Three bedrooms 1500 - 2500 sq. ft.
