Disclaimer:
1- A $300.00 dollar refundable security deposit will be billed to your credit card at the time of your reservation.
2- Your apartment information will be e-mailed with in 24 hours of your reservation request.
3- All necessary documents must be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to our office prior to arrival.
Cancelation policy:
1- Any reservation canceled before 15 days of your schedule arrival will receive a 100% refund
2- Any cancelation with in 15 days of your schedule arrival will result in a $300.00 charge or your security deposit
3- Any reservation canceled with in 7 days of your schedule arrival will result in a 10% charge of your total monthly rent plus your $300.00 security deposit.
4- Any reservation cancel on or after the date of arrival will forfeit one full months rent.
